Tailgunner Exhaust B-52 JET-PIPES for Baggers
Tailgunner Exhaust B-52 JET-PIPES for BaggersIn the idyllic Martha’s Vineyard island town of West Tisbury, Massachusetts, Charlie Giordano of Tailgunner Rotary Cannon Exhaust is at it again with another wild exhaust system that you won’t mistake for any other. The maker of the wild rotating Gatling gun-style exhaust isn’t resting on his laurels and has made a set of mufflers for baggers that takes their inspiration from the long range strategic bomber first flown in 1954 (and still continues to be flown today). The Tailgunner B-52 Jet Pipes may have “timeless aeronautical styling” according to Charlie, but they actually remind me of the taillights on the ill-fated, but ultra-cool, futuristic 1962 Chrysler Turbine Car. Both the B-52 and the Chrysler turbines sounded the same, not so for these babies which have a deep rumble and provide a decent power increase, says Tailgunner. Retailing for $895 in chrome or $1195 powdercoated black, they’re a direct bolt-on for 1995-2006 dressers while True Dual headers are required for 1985 through 1994 and 2007 dressers.
