There are cults within cults in the world of Harley-Davidson and one of the hardest core groups are people who have been emulating the look of Harley’s gorgeous flat trackers in their street Sportsters, but not always with great results. Steve Storz of Storz Performance in Ventura, California, was formerly an H-D racing mechanic and puts his experience to good use creating his XR1200 conversion kits for rubber-mount Sportsters that look like a flat tracker with lights. Now he’s offering an XR Street Tracker seat kit for the 2004-2007 883 and 1200 XL which fits with a stock tank (except Custom tank).
