Once you have the right shims figured out, you can remove the plate and install the shims and flange nuts.
Now you can install the starter into place. Use the proper bolts in the holes to the transmission case and
use lock washers. Put nuts on the back of the transmission plate to hold the starter into place for now.
Then install the oil tank and set the battery into place.
Prior to installing the primary plate into place permanently, you will want to wire the bike and install the
oil fittings.
The Dakota Digital speedometer (#3015) we are using has a little electronic box that runs things. It also
has a full compliment with turn signal flash indicators, neutral indicator, oil indicator, tachometer,
speedometer and trip meter. Im sure its just a matter of time before they incorporate a complete weather
system so youll know what youre riding into.
Remember, this bike is going to be ridden and must be legal.

The Thunder-Heart wiring harness kit contains all of the circuit breakers and starter
relay stuff youll need to wire the bike all in one nice little package, making the wiring
a much easier task.
As I previously mentioned, youll have to make several brackets with the aluminum
1-1/2 angle that you purchased from the scrap yard.
