Long known as the publisher of motorcycle and motor-head how-to books,
Wolfgang Publications is pleased to announce their first how-to DVD. How
to Build a Bobber follows and documents the assembly of two new-school
bobbers.
The first assembly takes place at Redneck Engineering using one of their
hardtail frames and matching sheet metal. The assembly includes the installation
of the spoked wheels, wiring, Evo-style engine and five-speed transmission,
and all the necessary hardware.
The second bobber assembly is actually a conversion. Watch as the crew
from Klock Werks disassembles a stock 2003 Softail and reassembles it
into a very believable and rideable bobber, complete with early style
paint job, powdercoated spoked rims and solo seat.
Both projects are bikes that can be built at home, both sequences cover
the assembly and conversion from start to finish. Total running time is
two hours. The new DVD is available for $29.95 + $5.50 S&H from Wolfgang
Publications, 217 No. 2nd St. Stillwater, MN 55082. For on-line ordering
