Phantom Choppers has now been DOT and EPA approved to build a production line of motorcycles for 2006. All of the seven models will come with a Manufacturer’s Title for simple registration and will have a Blue Book Listing for easy financing. Each of the bikes will also come with a 2-year Nationwide Warranty.
